By creating a store and listing products on MyTokrii, you agree to these Merchant Terms. You are responsible for your listings, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws (e.g. consumer protection, tax).
Fees (if any) and payout terms will be as described on the platform or in separate agreements. Payouts are subject to verification and may be delayed in case of disputes or policy violations.
Withdrawal requests are processed according to platform policy. We may require identity or tax information before releasing funds. We are not responsible for delays due to your bank or payment method.
You must not list prohibited items or use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity. You grant us a license to use your store content (images, descriptions) to operate and promote the platform. We may remove content or suspend your store for policy violations.
We may review products before they go live. We can approve, reject, or require changes. Rejected products can be edited and resubmitted in line with our guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate your merchant account for breach of these terms, non-payment of fees, or other operational or legal reasons. You may close your store at any time; outstanding payouts will be handled as per our policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTokrii and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the platform, your products, or your breach of these terms.
